Fleet

The Big Yellow

Our modern fleet includes a fleet of 150 tarpaulin vehicles, from standard trailers to mega-trailers to the 24t / 120 cbm jumbo train.

We use low-emission vehicles in Euro Classes 5 and 6 and train our drivers regularly. We can react quickly and flexibly to the needs of our customers and therefore also use a fleet of chartered vehicles from subcontractors, with whom we work together on a long-term basis and maintain long-term partnerships. This gives  our customers the guarantee for punctual transport of the goods and always available vehicle capacities.

History

From the beginnings until today

The success story of Gödecke Logistik begins in 1948. The farmer Ernst Gödecke, who has been traveling by horse and cart, is working together with the packaging material manufacturer Schmalbach Lubeca and is investing in the first motorized trucks. With tenacity, inventiveness and great enthusiasm, he sets in motion for the supply of the population in Lübeck and Hamburg. Today, Gödecke Logistik stands for modern and international transports and warehousing including goods handling and picking activities throughout the Baltic Sea region. We are now an international team and proud of more than 70 years of logistics experience.
